This non-competitive game is ideal for large classes, after-school
programs, field day activities or use as a warm-up or cool-down.
Approved by the American Council on Exercise, Fitness Skillastics™ is
an oversized 5' x 7' pvc synthetic leather mat displaying 26 fitness
drills. This unique game covers all four fitness components;
flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and muscular
endurance. Offering three levels of repetitions for the drills, the
game can be used multiple times and inspire individuals to challenge
themselves to greater fitness levels. Game play: Players roll the dice
and move their miniature medicine ball beanbag around the mat. The
player returns to their team and they all complete the activity their
medicine ball landed on. When they complete the repetitions indicated,
another player from the team moves to the mat and rolls again.

free), six assorted colored 3" dice, six assorted colored 2.5"
